AbCellera Biologics (ABCL) ABCL635 could capture a greater share of a larger menopause market than investors currently anticipate, UBS Securities said.
The brokerage said in a Sunday note that the experimental hot flash therapy has best-in-class potential if its phase 2 efficacy and safety profile holds up in larger studies, and that once-monthly dosing and the potential to avoid routine liver monitoring could make it a preferred option and an attractive direct-to-consumer product.
The investment firm said oncology-associated hot flashes offer additional value, viewing the indication as relatively de-risked given the shared biology with menopause-related symptoms and Lynkuet's Oasis-4 study. UBS also highlighted ABCL635's phase 2 12-week follow-up data, expected in late 2026 or early 2027, as a key catalyst.
UBS initiated coverage of the company with a buy rating and an $18 price target.
