GE Vernova, LS ELECTRIC Sign Deal to Establish Korea Joint Venture

GE Vernova (GEV) and LS ELECTRIC have signed an agreement to establish a joint venture, targeting South Korea's voltage-sourced converter-based high-voltage direct current sector, the companies said Wednesday.
Through the joint venture, called Grid X Technology, the two companies plan to develop joint offerings and strategies covering supply of equipment and execution of projects in Korea, the companies said.
