China Environmental Technology Group (00646) has announced that, effective September 9, 2026, Mr. Shu Zhongwen has been appointed as Executive Director and Managing Director of the company.
In a separate move, Professor Geng Lin has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Following his appointment, Professor Geng has also joined the Board's Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Nomination Committee as a member.
